Video Clips
We have been fortunate to have had great media coverage of the events we participate in. Combine that with the video work that our sister Kellye does for all our games, and we have
an extensive archive of video footage. Included below are some of our favorites.
San Diego TV Coverage - (under construction - back soon)
This is great footage from KUSI in San Diego talking about the brothers who
travel around the country playing 3-on-3 basketball. This was on the
evening news on June 8, 2003.
Klay's 8 Threes
In a tournament in Wausau Klay had 17 points in one game by hitting 8 two-pointers during the game, plus a free throw to win it.
Shortest 3-on-3 in History - (under construction - back soon)
This is a clip of the shortest 3-on-3 game in history. Hoop-It-Up Top
Gun tournament in Milwaukee 1999. The tournament was rain-delayed so the
games were reduced to 11 points. Neither team missed a shot in this game
(Klay hit 5 straight 2-pointers), and the Flying Knueppel Brothers won
11-5 in 3 minutes. Note: Check out the reactions of the guys on the visitors
bench.
Take Your Best Shot
This is a clip of the Flying Knueppel Brothers compiled from a number
of great Gus Macker and Hoop-It-Up tournaments. They include a few Gus
Macker tournaments that every 3-on-3 team should visit in their careers:
Quincy, IL; Ludington, MI; and Peoria, IL.

Dr. Kellye Knueppel - Our sister is a key member
of the Flying Knueppel Brothers. She makes all of the trips with us and
is an important part of the family fun that makes our trips special. Kellye
also serves as our videographer. We have all of the tournaments that we have
played in since 1998 on film in the Knueppel archives thanks to Kellye's efforts. |
