Fred Knueppel Wiffle Ball League
Wiffle ball has been played for 54 years in America. In the spring of 1971, Fred and Paul Knueppel began creating their own wiffle ball rules that make the Knueppel game unique. Through the 70's, 80's and 90's, the Knueppel rules were refined by the Knueppels with many backyard series and highly competitive games being played. In 2007 the first official Knueppel league was started on the athletic fields at Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Klay knueppel- Klay pounded out 12 hits and 6 RBIs including 3 Doubles and 2 Triples and is leading the league in batting average at .844. - "Unfortunately I'm not playing as well as I had expected. Hopefully I can pick my game up a little during the playoffs."
